The Cook Islands Chefs Association was founded in 2010 by some of Rarotonga's established Chefs. Over the years it has grown is membership numbers beyond those who have established careers in the Industry and now attracting those as young as 10 years of age with interest in the field of Culinary Arts.

There is more to the association than food, live cooking and classes. The association also includes the art of Restaurant Service, Mixology and Barista Skills.
