The Croatian Culinary Federation brings together 20 Croatian regional and city culinary associations. Members of the association are Croatian chefs and pastry chefs, those working in the large hotel houses, but also those from small family restaurants, pizzerias etc. Basic goals of federation are organization of chef gathering through regional, national and international competitions and creating conditions to promote culinary profession in Croatia.
