LTB Philippines Chefs Association is a non-profit organization aiming to bring together, hotel and restaurant professionals such as: Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Caterers, Wine Sommeliers, Purchasing Managers, Caterers, Food & Beverage Officers, Culinary School Educators, Gourmets, Gourmands, and the like, regardless of nationality, to promote and develop local culinary standards and food service throughout the Philippines.

Since 1982, LTB has been at the forefront of the Philippine culinary scene with numerous projects such as the Philippine Culinary Cup, LTB Culinary Scholarship Program, LTB Philippines Culinary Team and chef tables.
