The Federation of Chefs Scotland (FCS) were formed in 1994 becoming members of World Chefs (WACS) in 1998. The Federation of Chefs Scotland promote excellence in professional cookery through Culinary Competitions , and Education In 2017 the Federation re-branded as Scottish Chefs and were honored to invite as Patron Chef Albert H Roux OBE, KFO
