ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
About the job
• Assists the Front Office Manager in all aspects of their duties.
• Maximize occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards.
• Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned.
Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years of Supervisor position in the guest services, front desk.
• Diploma in Hotel Management / Tourism Services or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills by english.
• Energetic, confident and good knowledge in Opera.
