Do you have a passion for event operations that turn moments into memories?  Then, we have the job for you! As a Banquets Manager Manager, you will strategically lead the banquets team to take our guest experience to the next level.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor and train the Banquets team
  • Support the Director, Event Operations in all departmental administrative duties, i.e. scheduling, payroll, etc.
  • Ensure Events brand standards are maintained
  • Supervise and inspect all aspects of executing events, including set-up, food service, clearing, and clean-up 
  • Create unforgettable experiences for our guests

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience is required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
  • Previous experience with a Union environment is an asset
