About the job

Job Description

This position is responsible for the production of all pastries, desserts, breads and other baked products. Gives operational support to the Director of Culinary in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the property.

Work Experience

Your experience and skills include;

  • Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
