You will be doing:

• Responsible for producing food of quality, consistency, eye appeal and taste, while staying in line with food and labor costs, that maximize guest satisfaction. 
• Develop, inspire and train a group of talented committed individuals to ensure the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items are being produced. 
• Assure highest quality of the department by working in an efficient and conscious manner, as well as maintaining and developing the highest service standards as possible.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadline. 

Your experience and skills include:

• A minimum of two years of Sous Chef level experience in a luxury hotel environment required. 
• Culinary degree and two years banquet experience required. 
• 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations and liquor laws and regulations.
