- Performs Front Office operations, applying the organizational structure defined by the Front Office Manager
- Responsible for welcoming and taking care of guests throughout their stay
- Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay
- Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts
Work Experience
- Graduated from a reputable hospitality school.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiar with Opera system.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, ability to work under pressure and an excellent team player
