About the job

Job Description

•Implement and drive effective sales strategies across 16 hotels and multiple brands.

•Mentor and Manage up to 20 sales team members to exceed goals set.

•Ensure that processes are understood and followed across the hotel group.

•Maintain strong relationship with existing Strategic accounts.

•Prepare a Post-Covid recovery plan focused on new business/markets acquisition.

Work Experience

•At least 8 years’ experience working in Sales background and Management Level

•Group or Cluster sales experience or multi location/destination experience

•Excellent in presentation skill and being proactive

•Good English proficiency, both spoken and written
