Job Description

This position is responsible for the productionof all pastries, desserts, breads and other baked products.  

Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure that the food presented to our guest is of the highest quality standard.

Update recipe, costing and menu planning for promotions.



Work Experience

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Additional certifications in Pastry are required.

Experience of 5-star hotel.

Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English langugae.
