- Direct and coordinate all employee labor relation activities within the hotel to ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel's policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with corporate and hotel T&C policies / guideline and procedure.
- Perform other task and duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Work Experience
- Bachelor degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar / assistant HR role in 4 star property
- Solid time management organization and prioritization skill.
- Have very good English written and verbal communication skill, creative, innovation, proactive, with good attitude and high motivation.
- Indonesian nationality under local contract.
