About the job
• Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in the most courteous manner possible.
• Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies.
• To prepare all things regarding pre opening needs
• To support Food & Beverage Manager regarding all documents /information needs
• Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
• Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment.
• Obtains requested items from the storeroom.
• Keeps general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas.
• Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned by your superior.
• May be assigned to perform duties in other F&B outlets when needed.
Work Experience
• Minimum Secondary / Vocational High school education
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
