Job Description


From Accor we are looking for a Intern for F&B. Ifyou are the selected intern you will have the possibility to learn and collaborate with our F&B manager for Spain & Portugal, and be involved in several projects from a HeadOffice perspective.

The mais areas would be:

MANAGEMENT
- Collaborate with the group's management tools to analyze sales, consumption, etc.
- Support in the preparation of the check list of the Internal Audit Control,
- Manage, together with the person in charge, the restoration operating system for the Novotel brand
-  Work together with the person in charge of the scandals of the restaurant menus

PROJECTS AND CONCEPTS
- Work together with the manager in presentations of restoration projects
- Creation together with those responsible for new concepts and restoration projects.
- Support the elaboration of guides and toolkit of new offers for the different brands
- Support in the creation of an F&B service manual
- Support in the preparation of Trainings for the hotels

UPDATE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS AND GUIDES
- Coordinate, together with those responsible, the social networks in the restaurant area
- Update online restaurant guides

EVENTS
- Participate in the organization of events
- Participate in GM conventions and congresses

QUALITY
 - Preparation together with the person in charge of Guest Experience reports
 - Promote and make presentations with the Best Practices in terms of quality 
 - Support in monitoring the quality of food hygiene

PEOPLE
 - Collaborate in Coordination with the Academy in the training of operational teams
 - Support in permanent and On-Site Training in kitchen equipment
 - Creation of a database of a Talent incubator in F&B

MARKETING:
 - Collaborate in the creation of storytelling in the restaurant concepts
 - Transfer and adapt the F&B projects of the different brands to the operation
 - Support in the design, creation, support and monitoring of promotional offers/actions
 - Work with the manager in the search of synergies between the different brands
 - Support the coverage of purchases from referenced suppliers of franchisees
 - Create the basis for Selling Services to Franchises "Creation of F&B Concepts

  SUPPORT SERVICES:
 - Collaborate and accompany the Purchasing Department to ensure coverage in new projects and F&B concepts
 - Collaborate in monitoring the quality of service of the different providers
 - Collaborate with the RM and SSTT in restoration maintenance plans
 - Collaborate with technical teams in the design of new products


Qualifications


Your experience and skills include:

  • Possibility of making a study agreement of at least 6 months
  • Languages: English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
  • Essential knowledge and use of Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Person with strong written and verbal communication skills, with creative, analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive and reactive, with a positive attitude, and a good disposition to work as a team
  • Specific training in Marketing, Hospitality or F&B
