JOB TITLE : RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

 

职责概述GENERAL MISSION

要全面负责监督、协调有关中餐厅的各种活动。

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in the restaurant.

责任和方法RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

指导员工的准备、服务工作,与厨房协调好当日或每月的特色菜及推荐菜。

Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items .  Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions .

完成好本职工作及完成上级布置的其它工作。

Performs duties common to all captains or waiters and other duties as may be assigned .

行政职责ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

记录并保存销售额,客人的投拆、解决办法及所涉及的人员和设备方面的细节,以备查寻。

Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference .

参加当日的晨会和每月的交流会议,总结、讨论服务及工作的准备情况。

Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation .

技术职责TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

监督并指导餐厅员工的服务情况。

Monitors and supervises service flow in the restaurant.

确保所有设备和家俱处于良好的工作状态。

Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.

确保餐厅的干净、整洁。

Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.

确保员工完成好临时分配的工作。

Ensure employees properly carry out side duties.

确保有足够的用品,并申请所需采购的物品。

Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies.

商业职责COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

关注客人对服务及饭菜的投拆,要求及需求。

Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services

人事职责HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

尽快使新员工熟悉饭店,并对员工进行培训有关饭店规章制度。

Trains personnel according to established procedures; conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.

确保员工保持良好的仪容仪表。

Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards

向领导提出建议,以提高工作效率,达到增加销售的目的。

Makes frequent suggestions to Management in reference to restaurant general operation and F&B promotion .

建立良好的人事关系,在工作中树立良好的工作形象,给饭店的客人、客户、部门经理和员工以专业化及热情服务的美好印象。

Establishes effective employee relations maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
