Job Description


The role is to be fulfilled via a hybrid working arrangement. Physical attendance, when required, will be either at the Company’s internal Creative Studio (Marais) or Accor Headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

 

The Social Media Account Executive will assist in day-to-day social media account and project management, trends and insights research, competitor benchmarking and social performance tracking.

 

KEY TASKS

Account and Project Management

  • Support the Account Manager in the on-brief and timely delivery across multiple Brands and projects
  • Assist the Account Manager / Content Strategist in the design of creative briefs, conduct briefing and feedback sessions with internal Creative and Production teams
  • Support the Account Manager in transversal team communications and asset / information gathering and dissemination
  • Own knowledge management and file storage and sharing for respective projects
  • Track project progress and actively drive alignment amongst internal stakeholders
  • Support Creative and Production teams to ensure efficient, consistent and qualitative delivery

 

Social Engine Support

  • Benchmarking and competitor research to support Strategy and Creative teams through the presentation of case studies and best-in-class work
  • Assist the Account Manager and/or Content Strategist with the planning and execution of social media strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, , YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Support in content gathering and curation for social media channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external Content Creators / Makers to ensure on-message content
  • Assist with the creation of social media reports and analytics, and help analyze data to optimize future campaigns
  • Ensure publishing schedule is on track and on target
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team

Qualifications


Professional experience: 1+ year in communication (Internship included)

Language skills: English (mandatory), French (bonus)

Technical skills: Microsoft Office Pack + Mac Creative Suite

 

WHO WOULD SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

 

  • A strong passion for social media and a solid understanding of how social media platforms work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch and Traackr is a plus.
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program such as marketing, communications, or media studies.
