About the job

We are seeking a passionate, creative and motivated pastry chef to join our team at our new coffee and pastry restaurant, Allora. Open from morning til evening, we will be serving gourmet Italian pastries, healthy lunches, gelato, and pizza.

  • $700-850 CI plus gratuities per week, according to experience

About you

3+ years of experience
- English Fluent
- Culinary degree or professional culinary apprenticeship

- Executes creation of menus, meal planning and production based on forecasted guest counts.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of individual work areas and kitchen, including counters, utensils, equipment, tools, waste areas, etc.

- Must be able to stand or walk for an eight-hour shift at a minimum.
- Must have a friendly personality and a hospitality-oriented mindset.
- Genuine passion for cooking, restaurant hospitality and learning new skills
- Maintain productive and positive working relationships with coworkers in all
Departments, promote an environment of collaboration and teamwork
