We’re looking for an enthusiastic sales talent to join the Italian team of Airbnb Experiences!

Please note this is a contract for 6 months. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for the growth (ie. supply & demand) of Airbnb Experiences in Italy & South-East-Europe. You will work closely with the Territory Manager of Eastern Europe and you will be part of an international environment. You will be results driven, target focused and will swiftly become an expert in the ins-and-outs of Airbnb.

Responsibilities:
Sales/partner management
Identify the right partners in your region, navigate business objections, and negotiate the terms of the partnership with local businesses to increase demand for Experiences
Expertly position and communicate Airbnb Experiences’ value proposition to new partners whether by phone or email
Coordinate and prioritize sales outreach efforts across multiple regional teams
Efficiently operate across the sales stack, including Salesforce, Groove, etc.
Analyse results (ie. bookings) with Salesforce and SQL
Learn, develop, and implement creative sales tactics to close and onboard prospective partners
Project management
Determine the best approach to grow Experiences in your region (market strategy & market analysis)
Proactively identify challenges in team processes and come up with solutions
Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams, including but not limited to Category, Marketing, Product and Legal
Constantly come up with new business ideas to grow the market of Experiences in your territory
Account management
Manage a portfolio of selected Experiences hosts and be accountable for those
Communicate regularly with hosts 1:1 through emails and phone/video calls
Organise community events online to strengthen community sentiment (webinars, trainings, Q&As)
