You may also be handed a specific area to explore and be expected to quickly assemble a proposal based on your research, benchmarking, and analysis of options, and a data-driven recommendation. You can expect to collaborate with a broad spectrum of functions across CS and the company, as well as present to senior levels of leadership (including the Executive Team) when necessary.

A typical day:

  • Ability to look at each problem or data set from many different angles to find innovative and simple solutions.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to address unanticipated issues and adjust plans when required
  • Develop recommendations, which requires good analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other staff departments to gain their buy-in
  • Make regular presentations to operational or senior leadership to influence a strategic direction or approach
