We are looking for an fantastic Account Manager, AdTech & Destinations (f/m/x) to join our team.

You will own a portfolio of DMO Customers and ensure operational excellence across all Customers and foster profitable relationships.  Manage and grow existing small to medium customer accounts. Support the customers in their operational activities. Support the other Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to manage larger existing accounts.

What you will do:
  • Managing DMO/Advertiser on-boarding process and provide detailed launch information to Campaign Management;

  • Working with DMO Customers to implement Amadeus Hospitality Data Solutions. Ensure a smooth onboarding program and elevate any account issues that arise and also provide ongoing support;

  • Monitoring campaign and providing insights into optimizations and performance updates;

  • Working with different internal stakeholders to ensure a perfect execution of the campaigns and data products as well as escalating any internal issues and concerns raised by clients;

  • Providing internal feedback about value-adding features that could enhance Customer’s experience;

  • Present campaign results & insights to Customers in calls or in-person meetings.



About you:
  • You have prior 2-4 years of experience as Account Manager in online advertising, preferably in a programmatic environment;

  • You are passionate about client relationship and online advertising;

  • You have a great eye for detail and strong organizational skills;

  • You have a track record of proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • You take pride in the work you create;

  • You want to be part of a diverse & collaborative environment; 

  • You are a traveler at heart;

  • You have very strong communication skills in written and verbal. Fluently English is a must, German is a plus
