Job Summary

As a critical part of the Travel Distribution VP Office, the Performance Management role will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and support Top Management reporting needs at all levels (TRD Head, Disco, TRU, Board, Excom)
- Design and develop new generation of KPIs/data/reports (e.g. OKRs) required for TRD management and functions
- Provide key analysis/consulting support to TRD EVP head and DISCO
- Support the evolution of commercial tools technology and requirements (CRM, qlik, etc.)

Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Top Management

- Lead the input gathering and documents creation for QBR/BoD by:

  • Having a clear calendar of Travel Distribution reporting needs
  • Communicating with all required team to ensure data is provided correctly
  • Creating the necessary documentation and auditing all the inputs gathered
  • Ensure deliverables are shared with SVP/CEO office on time and with the best quality

- Identify PoCs and create a stakeholder network, easy to approach and engage
- Facilitate coordination with TRU VP office
- Collaborate other pipeline or ad-hoc reporting needs

2. Key analysis/consulting provided to Travel Distribution EVP head and Distribution Committee
- Support directly the leaders in several units and committee in ad-hoc requests related to the Distribution business (commercial, competitive intelligence, financial, portfolio, operations) requiring interaction with a wide range of stakeholders (CST, STR, Controlling, RevOps, Regions and Segments, Product management, PMM, Operations)), tool management (e.g. CRM, qlik) and advanced problem solving skills

3. Design and develop new generation of KPIs/data/reports
- Responsible for revamping Distribution indicators throug the ideation, design and maintenance of a new generation of KPIs and related analysis (e.g. OKRs at Distribution and area level, content supply and demand, market share, ...)

4. CRM and other tool Evolution
- Support the evolution of CRM Tool (Salesforce), Qlik and other commercial tools as part of the program team representing Distribution
- Assist the project/tool owners to specify and prioritize Distribution requirements

Requirements of the candidate:

- University degree Business Administration, Finance

- 3 to 5 years experience
- Good understanding of Distribution is a plus
- CRM/Qlik knowledge, capability to develop own dashboards/reports

- Good understanding of Commercial Processes and Reporting
- Communication, Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Robust analytical skills
