Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the incumbent will assist in the coordination and maintenance of back-of-house operations assigned to meet the set hygiene and safety standards and qualities.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, a dedicated hands-on team player, and committed to work together with the culinary and service team to deliver ultimate guest experiences every time.QUALIFICATIONS
You will likely already possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the procurement, food and beverage, culinary, preferably in the Hotel industry. You will need to have knowledge of H.A.C.C.P standards
and stewarding equipment operations.
Basic knowledge of English is required. Computer skills and experience with staff training in cleaning equipment and tools will be considered as an asset.
