Taking part on a 12 month internship with this 5 Star Luxury Global brand will really expose you to hands-on training on how to provide a true indulgent experience to your guests.

Amangiri is a breath-taking 600-acre sanctuary of wilderness and isolation in Canyon Point, Southern Utah which offers guests ultimate personalisation of bespoke adventures and cultural activities.

At the heart of the Grand Circle region, Amangiri is within easy reach of some of North America’s most magnificent protected areas, including the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park and Monument Valley Tribal Park, home of the Navajo Nation. Occupying 243 hectares of this starkly beautiful landscape, Amangiri is as much a gateway to adrenaline-fuelled outdoor adventure as it is to the rich cultural heritage of the Navajo.

If your career goal is success in the world of Culinary Arts, you could not beat 12 months training alongside the Chefs at Amangiri Resort Canyon Point.

Presenting sustainable seasonal menus inspired by the culinary heritage fo the Navajo and the American Southwest, Amangiri's main restaurant and dining venues are open to resort guests and non-residents.

Looking out across the plains through floor to ceiling windows, Amangiri’s main restaurant centres on an open plan kitchen and wood fired oven. The menus showcase local ingredients, taking inspiration from Native American cuisine, tempered with global influences. A four course ‘Spirit of the Journey’ tasting menu with matched wines pays gastronomic institute to five tribes of the region.

Housing is provided in the local area, $500 monthly all-inclusive rent that is payroll deducted.

Situated on 243 hectares (600 acres) in Canyon Point, Southern Utah, Amangiri is surrounded by some of North America’s most breathtaking scenery

2.5 to 4.5 hours through beautiful scenery to reach the resort. Main departure points are St. George, Flagstaff, Phoenix and Las Vegas, with various routes passing through national parks.

Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.

Speak fluent English.

Be available for the full length of the contract.

Be currently enrolled in full-time education at a University outside of the United States.

Studying towards an undergraduate degree in Culinary Arts, Tourism, Hospitality or Events related subject OR have graduated from these studies no more than 12 months prior to your program start date.

Be a graduate from an undergraduate degree in Culinary Arts, Tourism, Hospitality or Events related subject PLUS at least one year of related work experience in this industry. This experience must have been obtained outside of the United States.

If you have not studied at University level, you must have at least five-years full time work experience in the tourism/hospitality/events industry to qualify. This experience must have been obtained outside of the United States.
