Amazonico London & COYA London are part of the D.ream International luxury portfolio.

D.ream (Doğuş Restaurant Entertainment and Management) was created in 2012. The company operates over 150 luxury food and beverage outlets in Turkey, with over 6,000 employees.

Starting as a holding company, D.ream International has evolved by acquiring and operating market-leading, innovative concepts across the globe. It operates 60 restaurants, across 13 brands in 11 countries. D.ream International specialises in unique luxury lifestyle venues and creating iconic destinations.

Amazónico London opened its doors to guests on Mayfair’s Berkeley Square in early November 2019. Through taste, touch and sight, visitors are taken on a sensory journey along the flow of the Amazon river, exploring the Latin American culinary landscape. Its layout invites discovery, with a design that flows from the bar at the entrance, through the lounge, sushi counter and the restaurant with its private dining room.

A celebration of the cultural diversity and gastronomic heritage of the Amazon region, Amazónico offers an explosion of the senses, with live music, lush natural décor and a distinctive culinary experience. The concept is curated by husband and wife team, Sandro Silva and Marta Seco - two of Madrid’s best-known restaurateurs – and features a collection of Latin American cuisines and all their influences, from traditional Brazilian dishes and cachaça cocktails, to Peruvian sushi.

COYA’s story began in Peru. On a mission to find the most exciting tastes and dishes in authentic and contemporary cuisine, COYA is a unique adventure. Famed for its bespoke decor, colourful, innovative Peruvian cuisine and fabulous themed parties, COYA presents a dynamic dining experience that starts from the moment you walk through the door. A multi-sensory voyage to Latin America that focuses on the art of gastronomy, the experience is further accentuated by the brand’s iconic décor, beverages, music and charming staff.

This year, every COYA branch from across the globe is coming together to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the brand. The very first COYA opened in Mayfair, London in 2012 and since then, the COYA network has expanded into nine multiple award-winning venues including Paris, Monte Carlo, Mykonos, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha.

Leading luxury lifestyle brands, Amazónico and COYA have launch an innovative Employee Housing Initiative targeting talented hospitality individuals with a view to attracting them to the capital. Paving the way for a seamless transition into London life, the new programme will offer a range of financial, logistical and emotional support systems to successful candidates.

Both Amazónico and COYA are fast-paced, growing brands and thus this scheme is open to all levels and departments within the restaurants to give the maximum opportunity for applicants. They are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of their staff is not only preserved, but enhanced. Passion, energy and enthusiasm is key to working within these restaurants and the hope is that this programme will give new talent the key tools to a happy, successful and long standing career within hospitality in London.
