About you
Manage the organization and the development of the Housekeeping department in accordance with Armani’s standards and procedures;
Manage and organize inventories and requisition of linen, uniforms and all the goods and equipment used within Housekeeping;
Responsible for excellence in Housekeeping and Laundry;
Responsible for cost control and budget compliance on a daily basis;
Responsible for continuous research of new suppliers and service providers in order to retain costs within budgetary figures and improve quality standards;
Responsible for daily communication within the department as well as other departments, especially Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure a seamless experience to our guests;
Responsible for the supervision and décor of staff accommodation, lockers and back of the house;
Responsible for communicating with guests and taking care of their special requests concerning housekeeping and laundry.
Competencies required:
Communication skills: As one of the leaders of the Armani Hotel, the Housekeeping Manager communicates clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally) to ensure the smooth-running and consistency in Housekeeping and Laundry teams, the business and Armani Hotel. Shares information across the business in a timely manner to inform better decisions.

We require:
Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar position in 5* hotels;
Ability to manage a large and multicultural team;
A key team-player.
Proficient in English
Excellent knowledge of Office
Previous experience in working with an outsourcing company
LQA Standard knowledge is a plus
- Languages required: Italian and English.
