About The Role
As an Assistant Manager of Guest Activities, you will be overseeing the guest activities operations and organization of the Guest Activities including Kids Club, Babysitting Services, Counselors, and Pool Operation while ensuring the guest activities team complies with health & safety procedures and the resort policies. You will contribute to expanding new creative ideas, as well as, diversity within the program for future programs and the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against the business strategy.
Ideally, you will have a bachelor's degree in Science in Recreation Administration, Sports Management, Leisure Education, Hospitality, or another related field with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within the luxury property then we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
