Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat clients.
- Produce the floor plan before the service (preferably the day before).
- Take bookings via Sevenrooms, by telephone and by e-mail.
- Inform customers of our operation when registering the bookings by telephone or e-mail.
- Confirm bookings 24 hours in advance.
- Know Bagatelle’s history, atmosphere & menu.
- Know booking modalities (restaurant capacities/upcoming reservations...).
- Take information for group requests (from 15 people).
- Know the events to come (privatization, days with topics...).
- Wish guests a good experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction & loyalty.
- Have a clean and organized workstation.
- Confirm all reservations each day the day before or before service.
