About the job



A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and guest-oriented Concierge to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Concierge who will act as a Brand Ambassador, offering exceptional customer service to both our clients and colleagues.

Reporting to the Head Concierge, the Concierge responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks and performances:

  • To offer a consistent, attention to details service and assistance to our Guests and to supervise the front door staff to provide the best greeting and a smooth luggage delivery;
  • To oversee any desk relating task concerning Concierge requests and general information (restaurant reservations, theatre & events tickets, transportation, shipping etc.);
  • To proactively greet all guests, taking particular note of repeat guests/VIP arrivals, and overseeing the luggage collection / deliveries;
  • To assist the Head Concierge with training records and day to day tasks;
  • To ensure that all our guests receive fast, efficient and friendly service.


The successful Concierge will:

  • Have previous Concierge experience within the luxury hotel industry.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages will be of advantage.
  • Have commitment to respond to guest requests and deliver high level of service.
  • Be passionate about customer satisfaction and endeavour to create the perfect customer experience.
  • Have the ability to remain calm during busy periods dealing with pressure.
  • Have excellent grooming standards.
  • Have a positive can-do attitude and be an excellent team player with supervisory skills as he / she needs to lead the team in the absence of the Head Concierge.
  • Have exceptional communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
  • Have knowledge of London, amenities, facilities and attractions.
  • Be a Golden Keys members is preferred.
  • Have a full Driving License.

The company

Our Group was created in 1974, when Roberto Polito built his first establishment in Punta Ala, Tuscany (Hotel Cala del Porto), working with his wife Lisa to develop a unique concept of hospitality in terms of life experience: a journey in the Italian style through its culture and various traditions.
