You will be providing general and administrative support to Partners, Principals and Senior Managers, taking full responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule while representing BCG to all internal and external contacts in a manner consistent with BCG’s value statement.
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.


Manage and maintain agendas and calendar
Coordinate point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.)
Manage client calls, lead calls and a wide variety of general administrative calls
Organize and schedule client and internal meetings
Coordinate weekly timesheet and expense reports processing
Copy, print, collate, bind, and distribute case-related materials as required
Type letters, slide decks, memoranda, etc.
Develop working relationships with clients and client assistants to facilitate the information flow and scheduling process
Coordinate meetings, arrange conference bridges, reserve conference rooms, organize food service
Serve as a communication link amongst case team members
Team with other Executive Assistants and provide back-up assistance as needed
Ensure key presentations are prepared and meet deadlines
Maintain quality control by proofing work for errors, consistency, and format in accordance with BCG established guideline
Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality

Excellent skills in Outlook,Word,PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Excellent level of written and spoken English
Excellent level of written and spoken Italian
University degree is a plus
3/4 years administrative/secretarial experience
