JOB MISSION:
Aim to reinforce brand posture, brand DNA, and brand vitality by verity of staff engagements, always deliver our brand value and message to all staffs accurately by showing strong sense in luxury area.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage Fashion division’s full year staff engagement events in China including but not limited to collection shows, new boutique openings, brand activities and new project launch, etc.
- Assist line manager to supervise and lead 3rd party agencies to deliver the staff engagement event with brand value and standard by utilizing resources from different departments, communicate with variety stakeholders.
- 360 Development, production, set-up of event concept according to the specific topic and objective
- Review and evaluate event results by preparing recap reports, article, and video.
- Engage staffs by digital and interactive way, build up and operate internal digital community
- Event agency coordination, prepare brief and presentation and Location scouting
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the event and feedback sessions with all the team members involved in the event
What you can bring to the team
- Minimum 3-4 years' event marketing experiences in PR/event agency or from luxury brand in-house marketing department.
- Good command of communication skills, teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility & initiative.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
- Have good logical thinking and creative thinking, excellent writing skills.
- Refined PPT and design software skill
