We are looking for a
HR Business Partner (m/f/x) to join our team in Czech Republic. In this role, you will work on creating strong business partnership with our Employees and Managers in all HR related issues to drive business and support the agility of the organization across all divisions.
YOUR ROLE - Drive locally all HR related processes, reporting to HR Manager, CEE
- Act as the first point of contact and Business Partner for employees and managers in Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Own HR processes e.g. recruitment and onboarding, internal HR communication, development of our talents
- Take care of Personal Administration (through Employee life cycle), implement policies and labor law changes
- Support in the budget preparation and provide statistics and evaluations
- Work cross-functionally with finance and other departments
- Participate in HR projects
YOUR PROFILE - Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Positive attitude and spirit of team collaboration
- Good knowledge of Czech and Slovak labor law
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- University degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, labor law, Human Resources or a related field
- Professional experience in working with MS Office and HR systems (Workday)
- Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; German and/or French would be a plus
