Funciones:
- Encargarse de peticiones de reservas, eventos, cotizaciones y cierres, así como consultas de clientes vía telefónica, e-mail o directa.
- Gestionar los distintos canales de venta de Internet (gestión de plataformas, pasarelas y extranets).
- Controlar las modificaciones y cancelaciones de reservas.
- Trabajar como enlace con los responsables de reservas de los hoteles para maximizar todas las oportunidades de venta.
- Gestionar incidencias de clientes y terceros, así como su seguimiento y resolución en los plazos designados.
- Redactar contratos, así como encargarse de la gestión de las firmas de los documentos y del seguimiento de la reserva.
- Gestionar el correo electrónico, seguimiento de grupos, control de tarifas, planificación de reservas.

About you
- Formación universitaria o de grado superior relacionada con hostelería o turismo.
- Conocimientos de PMS, channel manager y OTAs.
- Orientación al cliente y buenas habilidades comunicativas, especialmente por teléfono.
- Idiomas: imprescindible tener buen dominio de castellano e inglés, así como de un tercer idioma.
- Languages required: Spanish and English.

Derby Hotels Collection started in Barcelona in 1968 with the opening of Hotel Derby, a real Barcelona icon.
Since then, and led by chairman Jordi Clos, the Collection has grown to include establishments in Barcelona, Madrid, London and Paris.
Why Collection? Because each one of our hotels is unique, different from the rest, a piece of art in our collection.
With an emphasis on quality, service and differentiation, more and more hotels have been added to the collection: the Gran Derby in 1983, the Astoria in 1987, the Balmes in 1989, the Claris in 1992, the Villa Real in 1996, the Urban and The Caesar in 2004, Granados 83 in 2006, the Banke, Suites Avenue in 2009, and Bagués and Arai were open in 2011.
Evolving with the needs of new guests, Derby Hotels Collection presented Barcelona Apartment, adding a new business line to the group.
The project continues with the new generations of Clos family, who share the same passion for art, design and fine hospitality.
