About the job
Desde Do & Co estamos buscando incorporar cocineros que realicen las siguiente funciones:
- Pre elaborar, preparar y presentar los alimentos aplicando las técnicas correspondientes e indicadas por el supervisor.
- Pesar, medir y mezclar ingredientes según las recetas correspondientes.
- Condimentar y cocinar el alimento según las recetas indicadas.
- Limpieza y mantenimiento de las áreas de trabajo, así como del conjunto de la cocina y los equipos utilizados.
- Almacenar de forma correcta los alimentos a temperaturas adecuadas.
- Gestionar el tiempo de cocinado.
- Preservar calidad y objetivos económicos establecidos.
- Respetar normas y prácticas de seguridad e higiene en la manipulación alimentaria.
