Marketing Role:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Manage and prepare the e-newsletter and its database
• Social Media Management
• Digital Marketing Strategy, establish, develop and implement the restaurants annual advertising plan for online and other channels
• Analyze the website production, user behavior, site performance, source of referrals, etc; and act accordingly
• Assist in implementing business and other initiatives
• Manage and take ownership of projects given by the Management
• Attend and actively participate in the restaurants weekly revenue meeting and participate in creating packages and promotions.
• Create and provide monthly reports to the Management
• Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.
Sales Role
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently exceed sales targets and boost revenue in both B2B and B2C sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis, & strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Engage with potential clients through multiple channels: digital platforms, and outdoor outreach.
• Promote company products in the market, showcasing strong sales skills and negotiating deals with new clients.
• Negotiate sales agreements and terms for mutual benefit.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Provide regular and accurate sales reports for management decisions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing (preferably from the hospitality or luxury industry.
Strong interest in online media and digital innovations
Fluency in English is imperative, other international language skills shall be advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs'
Proficiency in Google Analytics and strong analytics skills
Hospitality operations and/or revenue management experience are a plus
Impeccable follow-through and time-management skills
Ability to analyze data, make meaningful conclusions and base sound decisions and strategies
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task
Team player with strong interpersonal skills •
Demonstrate a positive and confident attitude; energetic, enthusiastic, and committed
Proactivity and ability to “think outside of the box” Hoteliers
Salary Package: AED 6,000 to AED 9,000 per month

About you
