One of our Host Organizations, a 5-star hotel in Thailand, is looking for a Culinary Arts intern for 2021.

JOB DETAILS:
- Positions: CULINARY ARTS INTERN
- Program: Hospitality & Business Internship (Practical Training)
- Host Company: 5-star hotel
- Destination: Thailand
- Start: February, March, or April 2021
- Length: 6 months
- Preferred Languages: Russian, Chinese, German, French, Thai

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– assist in preparing food ingredients for hotel guests/customers
– assist in assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications
– assist in checking and managing food stocks and supplies
– maintain cleanliness in all areas of the work station at all times
– maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance while on duty
– assist other departments whenever necessary
– other related duties under the supervision of F&B managers/trainers

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
– enrolled students (vocational school, professional school, college, or university studies); 'OR' recently graduated student within 12-month of graduation (accepted major of study [not limited to]: hospitality & hotel management; business management; marketing; international
business; culinary arts; sports, health & fitness; restaurant management; sommelier; food & nutrition; languages/linguistic)
– at least 18 years old
– college/university endorsement required
– conversational English
– available for a period of at least 6 months starting in February, March, or April 2021

𝟭) 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 & 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 — a short hospitality work introduction program tailor-made for college and university students who do not currently pursue studies related to hospitality
𝟮) 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 — a practical trainee program for future Hoteliers (students or recent graduates) who want to gain work experience or academic credits in the hospitality industry
𝟯) 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 — a management level trainee program for young professionals (recent graduates or enrolled students pursuing post-graduate studies) aimed at improving their skills in supervision & management.
