As a Program Consultant, you are often the first introduction faculty will have to EF College Study.  Your days will be dynamic and laced with diverse tasks from calling faculty to educate them on the broad portfolio of programs we offer, to coaching them through program promotion, to preparing them for their first on-tour experience with EF College Study.  You will manage the customer life cycle by understanding the details of the group and follow through with requests to ensure a beautiful customer experience from enrollment through departure.

As a Program Consultant, you will be respon sible for:

  • Working in tandem with the Manager of University Partnerships in a region to establish and execute a sales strategy to grow EF partnerships with study abroad offices across the country
  • Generating leads at colleges and universities who have not traveled with EF College Study
  • Identifying and documenting competition presence within new schools
  • Converting leads through creative, persistent, and high-volume phone and email outreach to faculty
  • Supporting Group Leaders recruitment goals by creating promotion materials to spread the word about the travel programs
  • Initiating and following through on group requests as the liaison between the faculty and internal EF departments
  • Handling all pre-tour communication and setting clear expectations with Group Leaders and travelers about their upcoming tour experience
