From 24.03.2018 or by arrangement, at our five 4* themed hotels, we are looking for a:
Demichef de Rang (m/f) Area of responsibility: - As Demichef de Rang, you will manage your own service station within the à la carte, buffet, meeting and event service, including bill collection
- You advise our guests personally and professionally and make recommendations for food and drinks of all kinds
- Together with your team, you ensure a smooth service in our restaurants
- You support the further development of apprentices and the training of new employees
Profile: - A completed vocational training in the field of gastronomy
- Ideally experience in the same or similar position
- You have good knowledge of wine, spirits and cheese
- You are reliable, motivated and radiate a natural friendliness
- You have very good manners and a well-groomed appearance
