Culinary kitchen Rotation Intern:
We are seeking talented, passionate, and driven people to join our team
You will rotate through different kitchen production areas in two FARM Hospitality Group’s restaurants, under the supervision of the Culinary Team Leaders while practicing teamwork among our diverse team.
Rotation includes different outlets within the FARM Hospitality group and being trained on Garde Manger, sauté, grill production, savory production, catering, inventory control and quality, production, menu preparation and serving to guests
**This is a flip position:
6 months at Common Thread, Savannah, GA and 6 months at FARM, Bluffton, SC**
-Culinary degree or previous experience in culinary.
-Basic knife skills, ability to stand for long stretches of time, ability to lift 50 pounds, multitask, think on their feet, menu knowledge, maintain cleanliness & sanitation standards, proper food storage.
-Customer service personality
-Able to work as part of the team
Language required: English.
