Key Responsibilities

• Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
  
• Experienced in contract review, tendering, project budgeting, costing, quantity take-offs, pre & post-quantity surveying.
  
• Carry out projects and site work progress inspection, monitoring, tracking and reporting.
  
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
  
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
  
• Assist in preparing and implementing SOP’s, method statements, risk assessments, process improvements, BOM review and value engineering.
  
• Liaise with projects/construction/operations team on project evaluation, variations, progress mapping, claims and validations.
  
• Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-term and long-term goals; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of the organizational objectives.
  
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
  
• Select and/or source construction materials
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience within U.A.E.
  
• Hold a bachelor’s degree/higher diploma in civil/mechanical/industrial/materials engineering or quantity surveying.
  
• The ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy
  
• Next-level organizational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
