Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Sensational treatments on guests while ensuring their utmost comfort and indulging them in a bespoke ‘FIVE-Star’ experience.
  
• Maintain a high standard of service throughout the REFIVE Spa, adhering to the Boundary-Breaking Standards and Procedures taught by the visionary Treatment Supervisor.
  
• Thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment, ensuring punctuality and maintaining a tranquil atmosphere.  
  
• Ensure that the work areas are impeccably clean and tidy at all times, creating an Insta-Worthy environment for guests to enjoy.
  
• Report any dysfunctional equipment promptly to the Treatment Supervisor to uphold the premium and Award-Winning experience for guests.
  
• Maintain inventory of supplies necessary for the operation of treatment rooms, ensuring only the finest luxury products are used.
  
• Uphold cleanliness and attention to detail in the stunning spa suites throughout the shift, reflecting the ‘FIVE-Styled’ glamour of our REFIVE Spa.
  
• Attend daily line-ups, as well as weekly and monthly Spa Meetings, to celebrate achievements and stay updated on exciting FIVE Tribe announcements.
  
• Assist and perform various engaging demonstrations and events as required, showcasing the Industry-Leading techniques and services provided by FIVE.
  
• Courteously interact with guests, answering all spa and hotel-related questions.
  
• Exceute all treatments to the highest standards of professionalism, delivering a Disruptive and First-in-Class experience for guests.
  
• Provide assistance in all areas of the spa when necessary, including the Lavish relaxation area and buzzing reception, ensuring the FIVE Journey is unforgettable for guests
  
• Conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the Spa Director, embodying the FIVE Tribe values.
  
• Ensure compliance with current professional licenses, reflecting the Boundary-Breaking status of FIVE
  
• Perform all daily assigned Spa Therapist tasks meticulously, enhancing the FIVE experience for guests and being recognised as a valuable FIVER.  
  
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Concierge and Front Desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  
• Continuously update and expand knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
  
• Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, finding suitable resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  
• Assist in training and mentoring new Spa Therapists, sharing knowledge and best practises to maintain high standards of service.
  
• Participate in regular Performance Evaluations and Goal-Setting sessions with the Spa Manager, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and growth within FIVE.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in spa therapies and techniques, incorporating new skills and treatments into the spa's offerings.
  
• Collaborate with the hotel's marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and packages, contributing to revenue generation and business growth.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Must work in a safe, prudent, and organised manner.
  
• Must have mathematical skills, technical aptitude, and spa operational knowledge.
  
• Must be a graduate of an Accredited School with a massage, face, and manicure/pedicure license or a combination license.
  
• Understanding of specialised spa industry applications, including the sought-after Spa Soft software.
  
• Must be committed to following local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to REFIVE Spa.
  
• Great technical skills, team-oriented and self-motivated.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit
  
• Apply creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, adhering to FIVE’s grooming standards.
  
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and Management.
