Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Your Job:

Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Assistant Bar Manager is responsible for the overall customer experience and satisfaction in Live Oak. The manager also oversees a team of employees and is responsible for training, performance reviews and disciplinary process for the department. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our managers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

About You:

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• Two to three years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Strong business acumen
• Strong knowledge of wine/beverage program
• US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
