Rooms Division Manager, Full Time Regular

The Rooms Division Manager is an Assistant Division Head position that oversees departments in the Rooms Division.  Responsibilities include acting as the manager on duty in the hotel to resolve guest concerns, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.  This position is also responsible for interviewing, training, scheduling, giving feedback and handling coaching conversations with employees. Managing revenue, labor and expenses is a part of the RDM role. This role has direct contact with employees and guest and as such good communication skills are a necessity.  This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Rooms Division Manager skills and qualifications needed: College degree and 4+ years management or experience in a Resort operations, preferably minimum 2 years experience as a Department Head in a luxury setting. 

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.  Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
