Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

The Assistant Spa Manager assist the Director of Spa with the supervision, management and growth of the staff at the Spa and Fitness Center. They are responsible for developing sales strategies in order to create a strong local customer market base. In addition, they are responsible for interviewing, training, scheduling, monitoring performance, discipline and completing payroll for all Spa team. The Assistant Spa Manager oversees spa and fitness equipment maintenance, in-house collateral, promotions, mailings, and bulletin boards. They will have the ability to monitor operating supply funds for the Spa Department and generate necessary purchase requisitions. They will participate in all hotel meetings as necessary. In addition, they will have the ability to maintain a safe and hazard free environment for all staff and members and promote safety awareness at all times. Finally, they will have the ability to review all suggestions and comments from members and guests and make necessary adjustments.

What We Are Looking For:

  • We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required.

  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Previous experience within luxury Spa preferred

  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task – personifying luxury guest service.

  • Excellent team management skills are required.

  • Excellent communication skills for both guest and employee interaction.

  • The ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests needs and desires.

  • Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Flexibility with working patterns required – weekends and holidays.
