Core Agent - Part-Time / Regular:
This position is responsible for answering all calls and direct all incoming phone calls at the resort. They will answer and respond to engineering and housekeeping requests using our inhouse systems of HotSOS and REX. They will also be responsible for taking In Room Dining orders and coordinating their delivery with the Food and Beverage Team and assist the Spa with reservations in SpaSoft. This position will assist the Resort and various departments with reasonable tasks as requested. As such, it may require face to face guest interaction. They will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolving customer complaints and assisting customers in all inquiries.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Experience with multiple departments and systems used within resort preferred. Strong computer skills required. Must be able to communicate in English both written and verbal
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
- Wage is: $18.58 / Hour
- Hiring Bonus of $500.00 - $200.00 upon hire and $300.00 after passing 90-day probation.
