Dual functional role that handles In-Room Dinning as well as Housekeeping tasks that include- Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette. Take guest in-room dining orders. Communicate special requests to the kitchen. Coordinate and deliver of orders according to Four Seasons Standards. Respond and answer guests requests and inquiries. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Run housekeeping reports, amongst other tasks or projects. Ability to assign rooms to Housekeeping Room Attendants for both AM Service and Turndown Service in REX system. Ability to monitor, prioritize and switch rooms in Opera and REX system.
