ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Digital Asset Management: 



  • Maintain and update Hotel website for optimum performance, search engine relevance, and engagement 

  • Create and implement targeted push marketing tools for Hotel website 

  • Assist in creating email campaigns that drive increased traffic to proprietary websites 

  • Assist in maintaining and updating Hotel information on the FS Mobile App 



  • Social Media: 



  • Maximize opportunities for publicity in all forms of social media, including independently monitoring Social Media sites where our business may have a presence and respond/interact accordingly; full autonomy to monitor primary Websites which include: Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/Trip Advisor/Yelp/Revinate 

  • Prepare a monthly content calendar across all Social Media platforms one month in advance of deployment 

  • Assist in curating and supervising social media influencer stays 

  • Supervise filming/photo shoots for PR and Marketing opportunities at the hotel as well as assist in handling photography/videography creative for social media posts 

  • Develop initiatives and creative social media campaigns for the hotel to grow online hotel presence 



  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key local and regional social media influencers and media 



  • Digital Marketing: 



  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, creative assets, copy, and other internal and external sales and marketing efforts 

  • Increase measurable revenues generated by digital campaigns and deliver monthly and quarterly results reports 



EXPERIENCE: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication/PR 

  • Knowledge of social media platforms, consumer engagement, and strong awareness of the digital world 

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills as well as a strong sense of quality, creative mindset, partnership, and analytic skills 

  • Proven relationships with community and business contacts that have delivered demonstrable results 

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with peers, superiors, partners, and media 



  • Proven knowledge of graphic arts design and production in collateral including photo and video editing 

  • Proficient in leveraging social media networks and online reputation management monitoring tools, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Trip Advisor, Yelp, Revinate, etc.
