The Digital Marketing Manager is a part of a dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our guests.  The Digital Marketing Manager works directly with the Director of Marketing and will play an integral role in the development and execution of an annual integrated plan comprised of public relations, social media, and marketing communications strategies that support the Hotel’s business objectives.

Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: 

  • Oversee the Hotel’s digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all available digital and electronic marketing platforms. Design and implement innovative programs and campaigns that increase awareness of the Hotel, its offerings and dynamic team. 

  • Actively co-manage Four Seasons proprietary websites with corporate team, ensuring alignment with the Hotel’s positioning and business objectives through creative storytelling. 

  • Create, maintain and distribute relevant information pertaining to the Four Seasons brand and hotel specific information available and broadcasted to the public.  

  • Analyze sentiment metrics, developing key messages, managing potential issues and organizing responses and create forecast based of this data. 

  • Utilize all available electronic marketing tools to increase exposure to all outlets and other ancillary departments, including the development of eNewsletters; oversight of E-Mail broadcasts; Customized Mini-Sites; and all related electronic opportunities. 

  • Manage and leverage Hotel social media channels, curating relevant and engaging content that showcases Brand DNA while increasing total audience size and engagement. 

  • Create metrix pertaining to Social Media volume and assess changes, enhancements, and offerings from feedback. 

  • Assist the Director of Public Relations with the creation of new and extraordinary experiences, local partnerships, media communications, maintaining media relationships, and hosting media visits/interviews as needed. 

  • Coordinate production of photo and video shoots at the hotel.  

  • Respond according to the crisis management plan to any Hotel emergency or safety situation. 

  • Maintain image library, local asset repository and Press Room to ensure the best representation of Hotel. 



A successful candidate for this position will poses: 

  • College education required.    

  • Minimum of two years of experience in social media, digital marketing, public relations and related industries, preferably within luxury hospitality or fine dining restaurants 

  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills. 

  • Photography skills and an eye for Four Seasons brand aesthetic 

  • Attention to detail and organization. 

  • Influencer/media relations experience. 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging and social media. 

  • Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral 

  • Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities. 

  • Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors. 

  • Office 365 skills.
