- 1. 按标准的要求接电话，与客人确定预订细节，并做好预订记录。
Answer the phone according to standard requirements, confirm reservation details with guests and make reservation records.
- 2. 根据餐厅的状况，协调餐位的安排。
Coordinate table arrangement according to the situation of the restaurant.
- 3. 及时查看来自邮件与来自酒店与金沙厅的公众微信平台，回复邮件与微信。
Timely check and reply emails, hotel and Jin Sha WeChat.
- 4. 及时查看企业微信Reservations群与Teams，回复与跟进来自前台与礼宾部及其他部门的预订信息。
Timely check hotel WeChat work and Teams, reply bookings from front desk, concierge and other department.
- 5. 跟进定金的收取与记录（预订金沙包厢的客户，发定金需求的短信，确认收到定金之后要做好备注）。
Follow deposit receive and record when guests book PDR. Record guests information, send deposit message, remark detail after received deposit.
- 6. 预订金沙厅包厢的客户，确保在宴请前发送预订信息给客人。
Send confirmation message to guest who book PDR before they arrival.
- 7. 住店客人的预订需在下午3点之前填写好预订卡，让礼宾部帮助送到客人房间。
Ask concierge help and send confirmation card to in-house guests room who have dining reservation.
- 8. 按照客人的需求发送相应的包厢套餐菜单给客人，或告知经理客户的排菜需求，跟进并做好备注。
Send set menu to PDR guests according to their requirement, follow up guest require and take note.
- 9. 每天上午10点打电话给所有晚餐客人，确认预订；下午3点打电话给所有第二天午餐的客人，确认预订。
Confirm dinner reservation at daily 10 a.m. to confirm next day reservation at daily 3 p.m.
- 10. 每天晚班结束前，需将第二天已确认的菜单，或客人提前预订的菜肴，下预订单给厨房。
Before afternoon sheet closed, pass confirmed menu or reserved dish to kitchen.
- 11. 每天晚班结束前，整理第二天的预订表发送给餐厅与厨房。
Before afternoon sheet closed, send next day reservation to managers and kitchen.
- 12. 整理7天的预订Forecast，发送在Reservations群，让大家了解各餐厅预订概况
Send 7 days reservation forecast to Jin Sha WeChat work group.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
1. College diploma education or equivalent experience.
2. Requires good reading, writing and oral in both English and Mandarin.
3. Ability to communicate professional and accurately via telephone, email and on all communication applications.
