Front Office Supervisor (Thai Nationality ONLY)

The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is looking for a Front Office Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence, conveys a positive attitude and epitomizes honesty and integrity.
The Front Officer Supervisor supervises the staff of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Front Office is also the natural place where guests direct comments, questions, suggests and concerns. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.
We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of hotel operations, have creativity and flair, a strong business and work ethic and people skills. Applicants are required to have three to five years experience in Front Office Operation. A degree in Hospitality is preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience. Knowledge of foreign languages would be helpful.
The position reports to Front Desk Manager and is open for Thai Nationality only.
