We are looking for a Guest Services Coordinator who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service.  This position reports to our Guest Services Management Team.  Work authorization for this location is required.


Acts as welcoming agent for all incoming and outgoing guests, including recognition of VIP, return guests, and club floor guests. Coordinates all bellman and driver activities. Assists in arranging transportation for guest. Controls bell desk and Lei issuing to guests.

Knowledge and Skills


High School education or equivalent experience.


One to two years luxury hotel experience in luxury hotel environment, rooms division preferable.

Skills & Abilities:

Reading, writing, and oral proficiency, communication skills, strong customer service. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment. Ability to read and speak and write English.

Hours Required

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
